Asset & License Intelligence That Fits Your Operation

One platform, three foundations. See how Beam's modular approach to asset and license intelligence scales with your estate, not against it.

Asset & License Intelligence That Fits Your Operation

Not every operation managing a technology estate looks the same. Some, such as a boutique post house with one or two suites, building out its workflow and keeping close tabs on a small but important asset list. Others, such as large multi-national live sports production operations, have grown into something far more complex, with equipment spread across multiple sites and teams who all need visibility into the same estate. Beam is built for both, and everything in between.

What they share is the same underlying problem: high-value assets sit at the center of everything they do. If something isn't tracked, isn't scheduled, or isn't flagged for maintenance in time, the operational and financial consequences are real. The right visibility matters. The question is whether the cost of getting that visibility in a cohesive, coherent platform makes sense for the scale of the operation.

For a long time, that was a genuine barrier. Asset management platforms built around users, seat counts, or fixed tiers often created a mismatch. Smaller operations could end up paying at a level that didn't reflect what they were managing or worse still, stick with spreadsheets as the cost of a management system was prohibitive. Larger organizations with complex, multi-site estates faced the opposite problem: the platform couldn't grow with them without costs becoming harder to justify.

A starting point that fits your operation

Beam is built around three foundations, each reflecting a different kind of operation, with pricing tied to the value being managed rather than headcount or arbitrary tiers.

Teams that own and operate complex technology estates start with Asset Intelligence. A rental company tracking cameras, fly-away kits, and trucks, or a broadcast service provider managing high-value infrastructure across multiple locations. For all,  pricing starts at 0.03% per month of total asset value managed therefore a smaller estate starts at a smaller cost, and grows proportionally.

For organizations where software contracts, renewals, and vendor commitments need oversight, License Intelligence covers that ground. It works standalone or connected to Asset Intelligence. Pricing starts at 0.08% per month of total license value managed.

System integrators have a different relationship with asset data. Integration Intelligence gives integrators portfolio visibility across client deployments, internal or client-facing workspaces, cross-deployment reporting, and per-workspace module activation. Pricing is more flexible here than a fixed platform fee. Because every client deployment is different, costs are scoped around the workspaces and modules active across your portfolio.

Beyond the foundation, Beam is modular. You activate the capabilities your operation actually needs and nothing more.

Visibility for everyone who needs it

Every Beam deployment includes unlimited users. Technology visibility rarely belongs to one person, and pricing tied to seat count creates gaps. Beam's cost is tied to the estate being managed, not to how many people need to understand it.

Built to fit, built to grow

A better view of your technology estate should not sit beyond reach. When teams have access to the right level of asset intelligence, they can surface unused equipment, missed renewals, reactive maintenance, and then make decisions with the full picture.

Beam is built to close that gap. The cost fits the scale of the operation, and as your estate grows, your investment grows with it.
