Help define the future of the dynamic media facility.

Innovation Partners build new parts of Beam with us, from the first workshop to the public launch. You bring the problems worth solving, shape how the product works, and run it on your own operation before anyone else.

Why partner

The next facility is being designed now.

Studios, trucks, venues and cloud services are reconfigured show by show, and more of the equipment is software, licenses and services than ever. The tools that run these operations are being rethought at the same time.

We build each new part of Beam with the people who will run it. Innovation Partners are the broadcasters, studios, venues and integrators who want a hand in what comes next, and want it working on their operation first.

  • Your problem, solved first

The workflow you most need fixed becomes part of what we build.

  • A say in how it works

Screens and workflows reviewed with your teams before they are built.

  • Proven on your operation

Tested with your real data and your own systems, not a demo.

  • Live before launch

Running for your teams ahead of the public release.

How it works

From the first workshop to the public launch.

Each program follows one new module through five stages, with working sessions between your team and ours every two weeks from kickoff to the partner launch.

  1. 01Discovery

We run workshops with your planning, engineering, operations, procurement and finance teams, and agree the problems the module has to solve and a pilot to prove it on.

  2. 02Design

Screens and workflows are reviewed with your teams before they are built. Your priorities are weighed in the order things get built.

  3. 03Build

You get access to our staging environment as the work lands, and we test integrations and workflows with your real data and systems.

  4. 04Partner launch

The module goes live for Innovation Partners first, with your onboarding run to a plan documented with you during the build.

  5. 05Public launch

Your feedback is folded in before general availability, and your teams keep full access from there.

Every two weeksA working session between your team and ours, for discovery, design and demo reviews, testing feedback and launch planning.
What is involved

A working partnership, on both sides.

Questions

Before you apply.

The short answers. We go through the detail with each partner before anything is signed.

Who can become an Innovation Partner?

Broadcasters, studios, service providers, venues, pro AV teams and system integrators with a real need for the module being built, and the people to help shape it. You do not need to be a Beam customer today.

How long does a program run?

A program follows one module from kickoff to its partner launch, typically around nine months, and your teams keep full access after it ends.

Is there a cost?

There is a one time program fee. It is credited against your future Beam subscription or implementation fees, so it goes toward running Beam rather than on top of it.

Who decides what gets built?

You shape the priorities and review the designs, and we keep the final say on the product so that it works for every customer.

What happens to our data?

Data you share for testing is handled under terms agreed before the program starts, and is used to build and test the module with you.

Will you name us publicly?

Only when you are ready, and in a form you approve.

Build what comes next with us.

Tell us the problem you most want solved, and we will tell you where it fits in what we are building.
