Cookie Policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

About this policy.

This Cookie Policy explains how Beam Dynamics, Inc. ("Beam", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on beamdynamics.io (the "Website"), and how you can change your choices at any time. It is the Cookie Notice referred to in our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, store or read information in the same way. In this policy we call all of them "cookies". Cookies set by the website you are visiting are first-party cookies; cookies set by another company's service on that website are third-party cookies.

2. HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?

We group cookies into three categories. How they start depends on where you are. In the United States, where privacy laws let you opt out rather than ask you first, analytics and marketing cookies are on when you arrive, and you can turn them off at any time. Everywhere else, only essential cookies are used before you make a choice: marketing and analytics cookies, and the scripts that set them, are not loaded at all unless you allow that category. To tell which applies, our hosting provider looks up the country your connection comes from; we use it for nothing else and do not store it.

  • Essential. These items are required to enable basic website functionality, including remembering your cookie choice. They are always active.
  • Marketing. These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. On this Website they also connect visits to enquiries in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and show us which companies visit the Website (Apollo.io), and measure our advertising on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Analytics. These items help us understand how the Website performs, how visitors interact with it, and whether there may be technical issues (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager). This storage type usually does not collect information that identifies a visitor.

The fonts, images and scripts that make up the Website are served from beamdynamics.io itself, so visiting a page does not send your information to a third party unless you allow analytics or marketing cookies.

3. WHICH COOKIES DO WE USE?

The table lists the cookies the Website can set. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you allow that category.

Google Analytics and the LinkedIn and Meta advertising tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager, partly from a tagging server on our own domain (fm.beamdynamics.io) that passes the data on to these providers. The advertising tags only run if you allow marketing.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are provided by Google LLC, HubSpot by HubSpot, Inc., Apollo.io by ZenLeads, Inc., LinkedIn by LinkedIn Corporation and Meta by Meta Platforms, Inc. They may process data in the United States. You can read how they handle data in the Google Privacy Policy, the HubSpot Privacy Policy, the Apollo.io Privacy Policy, the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. HOW CAN YOU CONTROL COOKIES?

On this Website. Outside the United States, when you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. In the United States there is no banner: analytics and marketing cookies are on, and you can turn either off. Wherever you are, you can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting , which is also at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies we set in that category and reload the page. We ask you again after 12 months, or sooner if we start using a new kind of cookie.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information for marketing. In the United States, marketing cookies then stay off from your first visit; elsewhere, "Accept all" on the banner allows analytics only. You can still turn marketing cookies on yourself in Your privacy choices.

In your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of some websites from working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Some pages may include content from other services, such as embedded videos. Those services can set their own cookies when their content loads. Where we embed such content, it only loads after you allow the category it belongs to, or we use a privacy-enhanced version that does not set cookies until you play it. The meeting scheduler on our Book a Demo page is provided by HubSpot and loads when you open that page, because it is needed to book a call; HubSpot may set its own cookies when you use it, under the HubSpot Privacy Policy. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own policies.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we start using a new kind of cookie that needs your consent, we will ask you again.

7. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US?

If you have questions about this policy or how we use cookies, contact us using the details in section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
