With Beam's new Companies feature, that world is now a reality. The Companies module was designed to streamline how you manage your clients and their associated projects, bringing greater context and efficiency to your daily operations.
What is the Companies module?
Think of the Companies module as a dedicated hub in Beam for all your client information. Within this hub, each of your clients has a profile that brings together all the important details about their projects. It provides you with a straightforward way to see everything about a client in one place. Specifically, each company profile shows you:
- Who they are and what they do
- What projects they have scheduled
- What equipment is linked to those projects
- A built-in chat area to discuss that client with your team
Just like everywhere else in Beam, the Companies module is deeply integrated throughout the rest of the platform. For example, you can link every Reservation with a Company so that when you are working on a project you know who it serves.

This feature brings significant value, particularly for our Rental and OB users, by increasing the efficiency of key operational workflows
