About The Role:
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our customers fully adopt and benefit from Beam. You’ll guide onboarding, build ~partnerships, drive product engagement, and ensure renewals.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer onboarding—goals, training, adoption
- Develop success plans and health metrics
- Serve as ongoing trusted advisor
- Drive proactive support and feature adoption
- Collaborate with Product and Support to advocate for customers
About You:
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Highly adaptable, able to switch gears if something doesn't work.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).You embrace ownership and proactive problem-solving.
What We’re Looking for:
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven success managing stakes, tech, or operations teams
- Strong communication and empathy
- Data-driven approach to tracking adoption & renewal risk
- Ability to run training, workshops, and feedback sessions
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to broadcast, field service, or asset management platforms.
- Fluency in Spanish
