About The Role:

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our customers fully adopt and benefit from Beam. You’ll guide onboarding, build ~partnerships, drive product engagement, and ensure renewals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer onboarding—goals, training, adoption
  • Develop success plans and health metrics
  • Serve as ongoing trusted advisor
  • Drive proactive support and feature adoption
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to advocate for customers

About You:

  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Highly adaptable, able to switch gears if something doesn't work.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).You embrace ownership and proactive problem-solving.

What We’re Looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success managing stakes, tech, or operations teams
  • Strong communication and empathy
  • Data-driven approach to tracking adoption & renewal risk
  • Ability to run training, workshops, and feedback sessions

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to broadcast, field service, or asset management platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish
