About The Role:

As Account Manager, you’ll own the relationship with a portfolio of mid-size to enterprise clients. You’ll help customers maximize value, ensure smooth adoption, and drive expansion across modules.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer onboarding—goals, training, adoption.
  • Develop success plans and health metrics.
  • Serve as ongoing trusted advisor.
  • Drive proactive support and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to advocate for customers.

About You:

  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Highly adaptable, able to switch gears if something doesn't work.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).You embrace ownership and proactive problem-solving.

What We’re Looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success managing stakes, tech, or operations teams.
  • Strong communication and empathy.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking adoption & renewal risk.
  • Ability to run training, workshops, and feedback sessions.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to broadcast, field service, or asset management platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
