About The Role:
As Account Manager, you’ll own the relationship with a portfolio of mid-size to enterprise clients. You’ll help customers maximize value, ensure smooth adoption, and drive expansion across modules.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer onboarding—goals, training, adoption.
- Develop success plans and health metrics.
- Serve as ongoing trusted advisor.
- Drive proactive support and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with Product and Support to advocate for customers.
About You:
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Highly adaptable, able to switch gears if something doesn't work.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).You embrace ownership and proactive problem-solving.
What We’re Looking for:
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing stakes, tech, or operations teams.
- Strong communication and empathy.
- Data-driven approach to tracking adoption & renewal risk.
- Ability to run training, workshops, and feedback sessions.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to broadcast, field service, or asset management platforms.
- Fluency in Spanish.
